1Our Services

We provide shock absorber rebuilding, tuning, installation, and replacement, off-road and performance suspension setups, and general mechanical repair and maintenance. The exact scope of any job is confirmed after we inspect your vehicle.

2Quotes & Estimates

Any price given before inspection is an estimate only. The final cost is confirmed once we have assessed the vehicle and parts required. If additional work is needed, we will contact you for approval before proceeding.

3Payment

Unless otherwise agreed, payment is due on completion of the work and before the vehicle is collected. We will let you know which payment methods we accept at the time of service.

4Workmanship & Warranty

We stand behind our work. Any warranty period is communicated for each job and covers our workmanship. It does not cover misuse, damage from racing or competition use, normal wear and tear, or parts supplied by the customer or third parties.

5Customer Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information about your vehicle and how it is used.
• Remove personal valuables before leaving the vehicle with us.
• Collect your vehicle within the agreed time once work is complete.

6Liability

We are not responsible for pre-existing faults unrelated to the work performed, or for indirect or consequential losses. Vehicles left at our workshop are stored at the owner's risk.

7Vehicle Collection & Storage

Please collect your vehicle promptly once we notify you it is ready. Vehicles left beyond the agreed period may be subject to reasonable storage charges.

8Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your service applies to that work.

9Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Sharjah.
